Andrea Crittenton,
President & CEO

Andrea Crittenton is the President & CEO of InfiniSource Consulting Solutions, Inc. (ICS). Ms. Crittenton and her brother James founded ICS in 2008. She has built a diversified, economically solvent company based on a record of excellent past performance, exceptional quality standards, and proven industry best practices. Under her leadership, ICS has steadily grown to a successful small firm with employees supporting important missions for the Department of Defense (DoD), and Federal Civilian agencies across the country. Ms. Crittenton has over 20 years of program management, recruiting, and business development experience supporting Government customers. Ms. Crittenton received her bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University and her Master of Science from Howard University.
It is Ms. Crittenton’s vision to expand ICS’s footprint in DoD and throughout the Government. She seeks to distinguish ICS from other Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDBs) and Woman Owned Businesses (WOBs) through dynamic growth, including strategic acquisitions and capturing management focused competitive contract and task order awards.


Mr. James O. Graham, Chief Operating Officer

James O. Graham is the Chief Operating Officer of InfiniSource Consulting Solutions (ICS) in Reston, VA.  As the Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Graham is dedicated to the mission of executing the strategic vision of the President and the successful Implementation of ICS contracts.  As a member of the executive team, he represents the customer perspective when providing inputs to strategic planning and policy development. He represents the accountability of ICS for customers.  Mr. Graham provides oversight to ICS program managers to ensure successful delivery of contract specific deliverables, as well as meeting target goals and controlling operational costs. He is responsible for establishing business processes, leading process improvements, and Chairs the process review board for ICS.

Mr. Graham supports the Vice President of Business Development to promote growth by leveraging customer relationships to expand existing work and identify new contract opportunities with ICS customers.  He manages strategic alliances and industry partnerships, joint ventures, and sub-contracting agreements. Mr. Graham manages the day to day operations of the corporate office, and is responsible for maintaining corporate policies, standards, quality, and producing quarterly reporting for the company.  He leads ICS corporate communications to employees to ensure that the entire organization is aligned with the corporate goals and objectives.

Mr. Graham has supported a wide range of Federal customers and developed a unique blend of skills that include Program Management, Software Development, Training, and IT Operations.  Though he has supported the Department of Defense, United States Army, Department of the Navy, and the United States Air Force, Mr. Graham spent the majority of his career supporting the Intelligence Community (IC).  Prior to joining ICS, he successfully managed multiple teams as the IT Program Manager of a classified program. His extensive experience and expertise with highly sensitive, sophisticated, and complex federal systems is a valuable asset for ICS.  A dynamic leader, Mr. Graham established a strong reputation with his customers for his ability to develop solutions to complex problems utilizing Strategic Analysis. His approach has been consistent.

Mr. Graham brings a wealth of corporate knowledge and experience to ICS from his time with previous employers, L3-NSS, Booz Allen Hamilton, BearingPoint, General Dynamics, and AT&T.  He is an active member of the Project Management Institute, and maintains his Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications. Mr. Graham is a proud alumnus of Delaware State University in Dover, DE where he earned his bachelor’s degree and an MBA in finance.


Dr. Charles Painter, Vice President, Business Development

Dr. Charles Painter has 34 years of experience in the intelligence community as a government employee and federal contractor.  He is an 18-year veteran of the Central Intelligence Agency and the National Reconnaissance Office where he served in various management positions which directly supported sensitive intelligence operations in 27 countries on four continents. He was awarded the NRO’s Meritorious Service Medal in 2003.  Dr. Painter has spent the last 16 years developing a reputation for excellence in business development and capture. For a variety of large, mid-cap and small companies, he has identified, developed and won new highly valued business in the intelligence, defense and federal civilian sectors. Dr. Painter has successfully brought in business from numerous federal clients including the Defense Intelligence Agency, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of Homeland Security, the US Army Material and Cyber Commands, various US Navy Surface Warfare Centers and the Department of the Treasury among others.  

He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute and is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt by the Management and Strategy Institute. He earned a Master of General Administration degree from the University of Maryland University College and holds a Certificate in Advanced Graduate Studies (C.A.G.S.) in Public Administration and a Ph.D. in Public Administration and Policy from Virginia Tech. Dr. Painter is a graduate cybersecurity professor currently teaching at Webster University and in the doctoral program at Marymount University, both in the Washington, DC area.  A prolific published writer, he is generally recognized as a subject matter expert in the areas of cyber intelligence, pre-emptive deterrence and the cyber threats posed by nation-state actors. He is the founder and director of the Capital Business Development Association in the Washington, DC area and is heavily involved in business development and capture activities through-out the national capital region.
